Thamani Sacco Ltd is a licensed deposit-taking Sacco located within Tharaka Nithi County. The Sacco is seeking to hire a skilled professional for the position of Human Resource Manager on a renewable contract basis. The position is based at our Head Office in Chuka Town.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Applicant must be holder of KCSE mean grade C and above.
2. Must be a holder of a Bachelor degree in human resource management from a recognized university.
3. Must be a certified human resource practitioner and an active member of IHRM.
4. Must be a computer literate.
5. Have demonstrated high level of leadership and management capability
6. Must have excellent communication skills and good interpersonal relationship.
7. Must be a team player
8. Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
9. Must be between 30-40 years of age.
